Semplicemente tutto perfetto... proprietari magnifici e gentilissimi. Il ritiro delle chiavi è come sempre comodo, visto il bar a 2 passi dagli alloggi. Appartamenti bellissimi e nuovissimi (ristrutturati di recente). Il posto si trova in zona centrale rispetto alle varie visite ed escursioni che è possibile fare nei dintorni. Un angolo di pace ogni volta che ci torniamo.

The apartment is small but clean and equipped with all the essentials to stay there for few days. The bed is comfortable. We only talked by telephone/chat with the host, and took the key at the bar nearby. Location was pretty good, Poggio Picenze is a small town near L'Aquila, there are very few things to see there, but in few minutes you can reach other cities or beautiful places in the nature.
The only negative note was the noise from the bar at the evening, until midnight there were people talking loudly.

The hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Helped us find great spot for pizza. Apartment is large and clean with amazing mountain views. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
