The amenities and decor of the cabin are very nice. Plenty of room for our family of six. The view is also really top notch and we enjoyed the deck and the lower level hot tub. Well appointed kitchen.
I was notified early in the day that the cabin was all clean & ready for our arrival (I had responded that we would be checking in at 4:00) however, when the first of us arrived a little after 5:00 the cleaning people were still in the cabin cleaning. Not really sure where the miscommunication occurred but it was a bit disconcerting and confusing initially- “is this even the right cabin?” My daughter phoned the management company and the person she spoke to was very nice and apologetic. The cleaning team finished up quickly but I have a feeling they rushed through the job, as there were still A LOT of dead ladybugs and some live ones particularly in the upstairs bedroom and bath. I realize this is just the nature of being in the mountains in a cabin - we aren’t really squeamish about insects but if you are, it’s something to be aware of. The washer and dryer are a nice thing to have access to, although the dryer took several cycles per load to dry fairly small amounts of clothes. Not a huge issue just something to note.

Views and location
Too small living room and dining area. Loft shower had black mold on back of door and on top of shower. Bed upstairs was like sleeping on a concrete floor.
