Family Mountain Escape - Three Townhouses in One

Getting to the property was easy, and the check-in process was one of the best we’ve experienced. We loved being able to walk to almost anywhere in town, and there were some beautiful trails just a short distance away. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall, it was a great location.

The air conditioning was by far the biggest disappointment of our stay. One of the condos we rented had no working A/C when we arrived on July 6, and with indoor temperatures reaching around 26°C or higher, the unit became quite uncomfortable, especially for sleeping. The issue was not resolved until the afternoon of July 8, so we spent most of our stay dealing with the heat. We then departed on the 9th. To their credit, a portable air conditioner was brought in to help mitigate the heat while we waited for a technician. Mark, who was assisting us, did everything he could to help and was responsive throughout the process. We really appreciated his efforts, even though the situation couldn’t be fully resolved right away. The pool area also appears to be in need of maintenance, as parts of it are starting to look worn and pieces are falling apart inside the water. In addition, the bedrooms have very limited storage space, there are no dressers or practical places to unpack clothing, so we had to live out of our suitcases for the entire stay.
