Clean; close to things;
Need working bikes; need foot shower outside so we don’t carry sand in ever time m; need to limit cars per condo (not enough parking spaces)

The location was beautiful & cozy. The whole area is so relaxing and just a 10 min walk or 2 min bike ride to the beach. And all but on bike was in great working condition (which is a HUGE plus as many places that advertise "with bikes" don't have many that actually work well enough..). Also very convenient to have several different restaurants, shops, ice cream stores and food marts nearby. And the scenery throughout the entire area is gorgeous!
Only complaints about cleanliness was the bed sheets & the floor throughout. The bedsheets didn't feel clean (felt like there was sand on them) and when we pulled out the extra pair, which were tightly wrapped in plastic, there were long strands of hair in those. And when walking around, you could feel the sand on the floor under your sandals. We swept up rather quickly, but I feel that could've also been done just as quick before we arrived. Other than that, the rest of the property, inside and out, was extremely clean & tidy.

Short walk to beach.
Excessive messages from owner, had to fill in rental agreement 3 times.
Light switches excessively complicated and no guide.
Parking was very difficult, not much room.
Generally appeared to have cast off furniture and been cared for by an inept Do It Yourselfer. Not enough light in the kitchen area to cook.
$99 for cleaning and had to take out own trash
