This was our first experience staying in an apartment rather than a traditional hotel, and overall it was a very pleasant one. The self check-in was very smooth. Before our arrival, we were provided with clear instructions, access codes and photos showing where to find the keys. We were also given a remote control for the main vehicle gate. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors and a really nice atmosphere. It has two good-sized bedrooms, and the wardrobes are absolutely huge, so there is plenty of storage space. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, cookware, pans, utensils and even some basic items such as olive oil, salt, pepper and spices. There is also proper kitchen ventilation. I also liked that the main appliances were from reputable brands. The washing machine was particularly useful during our stay. A drying rack was also provided; it is a little flimsy, but it still does the job. At the back of the apartment there is a small private plunge-style pool, more like a large jacuzzi-sized pool than a full swimming pool. The water was quite cold, which I personally really enjoyed for a refreshing dip. There is also a larger shared swimming pool available. The apartment has two bathrooms, each provided with plenty of towels, toilet paper and shampoo/body wash. They also provided a first-aid kit, which I thought was a very thoughtful addition. Another nice touch was the selection of games available inside the apartment, including UNO, dominoes, playing cards and several other table games. It added to the family-friendly feel of the place. The parking setup was also excellent. The car park is located under the building, so the car stays shaded and protected from the direct sun and heat. Having a remote-controlled entrance gate also made coming and going very convenient. The location itself was convenient, especially for food deliveries.

The biggest issue for me was that the safe did not work with the provided key. There were also a few minor maintenance issues. One of the toilet handles was loose, one or two lights occasionally flickered, and a few electrical outlets were not working. There were plenty of other usable outlets, though, so this wasn't a major inconvenience. The bathrooms are nicely designed but are a little cramped in terms of space. There were also no regular tissue boxes provided in the bedrooms or living room. We experienced a power interruption of around an hour during the stay, although we were informed that it was related to external electrical maintenance rather than the apartment itself, so I wouldn't really hold that against the property. None of these issues were deal-breakers, and they did not significantly affect our overall experience.
