Idéalement situé dans le Mercantour. Sa superficie. Le quartier calme. Le Carrefour Market pas loin qui dépanne bien.
Ne règle les problèmes que par SMS et non en direct par téléphone. TV peut se déconnecter de ses identifiants (problème résolu). Robinet de l'évier branland (impossible de ne pas l'avoir remarqué en faisant le ménage). Machine à café Senseo non nettoyée, bouilloire entartrée +++, manque une lampe de chevet sur deux. On entend marcher le voisin du dessus. On traverse le jardin pour y accéder (absence de dallage au sol).
