The location is great! In the heart of the city, close to cafes and supermarkets. The balcony and the view are wonderful! A separate balcony allows to have some individual space despite the fact that it is studio.
Better cleaning would definitely improve the overall impression.

Sijainnti hyvä. Rauhallinen paikka. Hyvä että oli 2 tilavaa hissiä. Pyykkikone hyvä. Hyvä ilmastointilaite.
Osa astioista ja keittiövälineistä olivat erittäin likaisia. Ei ollut astianpesukonetta.Kahvinkeitintä eikä tiskiharjaa ei ollut lainkaan, muutenkin keittiövälineet puutteellisia Huoneiston oven lukko toimi välillä huonosti, välillä ei lainkaan ja välillä hyvin. WC:n lukko meni joskus itsestään lukkoln ettei päässyt sisään ilman ruuvimeisseliä. Sohvan päiväpeite erittäin likainen. Huoneiston hinta puutteisiin nähden liian korkea noin 15 €/vrk .
