Gordon Inn Azalea

The apartment was nice and cozy. Entering the apartment was very simple. The Kroger store is a few blocks away and there is a nice little park in front of the location.

There are stairs leading up the building and up to the apartment. Might be difficult for some people.

Great location on a quiet street in downtown. Comfortable and well equipped. Easy to use door codes provided well in advance of check in. Excellent housekeeping, well maintained property.

The location was terrific everywhere we wanted to go was a 13 min walk. The bed was so comfy and the apartment was very clean and pretty. We loved having a washing machine.

There was no fitness area (which was listed) the pool was on a separate Island (not in Savannah) and you needed to be able to drive to get there. We were unable to get to the outside area, The last day we had booked a late check out as we had a late flight. I received a text the morning of telling us we needed to leave within the next two hours as they had suddenly booked the room. Without any notice, we needed to scramble and change our plans. I understand late checkout is at their discretion but giving us virtually no notice was unprofessional and off-putting.

Gorgeous location and a very nice apartment. Walking distance to pretty much everything.
