Kröllhof

The chalet has stunning views over the valley, and we enjoyed sunrise over the mountains every morning. The apartment is modern and very well equipped with all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay with a family. The host is very friendly and helpful. Helene made sure our arrival was very smooth and welcoming: she met us on arrival to hand over the keys and give tips for activities in the nearby area. We stayed for 5 days and filled it with hikes in the nearby valleys, a trip to Brixen (including a very good swimming pool), castles and water falls. Some of the famous Dolomites sites are only an hour's drive away, but require prebooking and can get busy during the summer period when we visited.

Although the location is excellent, it is a 15 minute drive along a narrow, winding road to the nearest shop down in the valley. This is not a problem, but it requires planning to avoid multiple daily trips up/down.

Die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm und super Sauber, auch die Gastgeberin war sehr fürsorglich und zuvorkommend. Die Hütte hat eine sehr ruhig Lage und ist ideal zum runterkommen und entspannen. Die Sauna hat zudem einen herrlichen Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge

Die Abenteuerliche Fahrt zur Unterkunft, vom Tal bis zur Unterkunft dauert circa eine viertel Stunde. Man sollte also alles im Vorfeld einkaufen und Planen

The apartment was very well equipped, all facilities were maintained and overall the accommodation was clean and prepared for our stay in absolutely perfect condition. Garage parking, sauna and outdoor grill available. Mrs. Helene was very helpful and willing to help with everything that was needed. Communication with her was without any problems and she checked during the stay to see if everything was okay. Luxurious view, rich nature around and quiet. I think this was not the last time we were here.

Above all, before going to the valley - for example to the store - write down what you need to buy so you don't forget anything (my own experience) :-D That's more of a lighthearted thing - there are no negatives here.
