The location was excellent, very central for my needs.

Die Unterkunft selbst war wirklich gut. Es gab alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigte.
In der Wohnung direkt neben mir wurde stundenlang, während meines Aufenthalts, mit einem Presslufthammer gearbeitet. So war ich gezwungen die Wohnung, sobald der Lärm anfing, zu verlassen. Den Balkon konnte ich erst gegen Abend benutzen. Ich entschied mich einen Tag früher abzureisen, weil meine Nerven blank waren.

The location was great. The facilities for cooking were great too. Close to most amenities and not too noisy at night. Air con was great as evenings were quite warm.
I have no complaints other than maybe give the location of recycling and organic waste disposal locations when checking in. Otherwise I was extremely satisfied with everything. The studio was great for me as a solo traveller.
