House was very clean and warm it could do with the sitting room being updated especially the couch and the furniture was a mix match
The most disappointing thing was the outdoor space the summer house is unusable as well as the barbecue area bushes etc are all overgrown you can’t sit there at all and that was the special feature for us ,area as definitely not been used in a long time and I would say years!!!!! Booking.com photography is miss leading to say the least hence we will not be back to this property

2 bedrooms each with there own bathroom
Well you advertised a summer house but who ever stayed there before had kids the floor was covered in sand which was a pity Weather wasn’t warm enough to sit outside It would have been lovely to have sat in the summer house of an evening .

The location was great and easy to access
The furniture was very tired and old. Curtains hanging off in several areas. Couch in living area stained, old and uncomfortable. The communication was terrible. We tried to arrange a late check out and were willing to pay the extra amount they asked. No one got back to me so we ended up checking out at normal time due to the time they took to get back to me.
