In één woord: fantastisch!

Het appartement was heel stijlvol ingericht, ruim, schoon, en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden (allemaal boxsprings) sliepen heerlijk. Het uitzicht op de waterval was prachtig en in de nabije omgeving zijn genoeg dingen te doen, zelfs met slecht weer. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Die Lage ist sehr gut

Die angekündigt Perle des Hauses war eine schlecht gelaunte Person die uns noch nicht mal begrüßt hat. Das telefonische Ankündigen hat einem noch vor Urlaubsantritt die Urlaubsstimmung genommen. Es wurde einem mehrfach (6 -7 Mal) ganz genau erklärt was alles verboten ist (der Ton war unglaublich unfreundlich). Das ihre Bezahlung nicht OK wäre, etc. Zum Abschluss des Gespräches keine guten Wünsche. Es gab keine Hinweise wo, was wie funktioniert - leider nur Gemecker. Das ist leider nicht sehr hilfsbereit - so was braucht man nicht nochmal.

Gebucht ohne Frühstück.

Versprochene Kaffeemaschine wurde nach Reklamation 1 Tag später geliefert. Keine Filtertüten, kein Spüli, keine frischen Spültücher oder Schwämme. Nur 4 Tassen, 6 Frühstücksteller, davon 2 Abblatzungen. 1 Trinkglas mit Abbruch am Trinkrand. Große Spülmaschine, aber zu wenig Geschirr, um sie sinnvoll zu benutzen. Bedienungsanleitung TV nicht vorhanden. Elektrisches Türschloss defekt. Gerne hätten wir, wie in der Beschreibung gewünscht, besenrein übergeben, war aber nicht möglich, da weder Handfeger, Schippe noch Besen vorhanden waren Die Glühbirnen Nachttischleuchten müssten auch mal von Staub befreit werden. Ansonsten war alles sauber.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt, der leider durch unseren Empfang etwas getrübt wurde.

Kurze Fahrzeit mit dem Skibus zur Mellaubahn. Skibus hält (fast) direkt vor der Haustür. Apartments sind funktional und modern ausgestattet. Dazu ideale Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung.

Kommunikation vor Ort war miserabel. Das Apartment war für zu wenig Personen gerichtet. Aufgrund der späten Ankunftszeit (ugf. 20 Uhr) wurden wir nicht mehr persönlich, sondern telefonisch empfangen. Am Telefon hat man uns den Unmut über die späte Ankunft (Ankunft laut Buchung bis 24 Uhr möglich!) und die Mehrarbeit aufgrund schlechter Kommunikation vor Ort (eine Person weniger gerichtet als gebucht) spüren lassen. Die Betten waren leider furchtbar weich, sodass das Schlafen für einen ausgewachsenen Mann kaum möglich ist.

Erholsame, ruhige Ferien mit gutem Kinderangebot im Skigebiet.

Es war sehr komfortabel und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alles was benötigt wird war da. Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr modern eingerichtet.
