Nice big apartment with good kitchen, comfortable beds, and a large patio. This is a good place to share with another couple or two and probably also for families. Short walk to restaurants and the beach and it came with a single parking space.
There isn't a view to speak of except for a peek to the far mountains since there is another building right there in the way (we were on the ground floor). But all the more reason to go to the beach.
