Bien situé, une supérette à côté, des restaurants sympas. Le parc est propre et bien entretenu. Facile pour se garer pas loin. Le centre ville pas trop loin à pieds.
Mauvaise isolation phonique, la piscine principale était vide. Parfois des bruits de klaxon la nuit.
