Çetkin Exclusive Apart

Wow! This is the first time I have stayed somewhere and had nothing to complain about. The apartment was absolutely amazing, very clean, spacious and well equipped. Please keep it up! The owner, Hande, was so kind and helpful. Whenever I needed help, she was always there. Thank you. The location is also great. BIM is just downstairs, there is a bakery about a 6-minute walk, the bus and taxi stops are just outside the apartment, so getting around is very easy. A hoover, microwave and laundry basket would be a nice addition. The only thing I found a bit strange was that cleaning is not included. You have to clean the apartment yourself, or pay 1,000 lira for someone to clean it. Personally, when I am on holiday, I don’t want to spend my time cleaning or mopping the floor. I have stayed in other apartments before where cleaning was included. I think especially for longer stays, it would be nice to offer at least one cleaning per week. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely come back again. I would highly recommend this apartment!

This place is brand new, built with great quality and therefore is in a very good condition. Very well equipped, very clean, with plenty of space/room. I would almost call it as a luxury apartment. We were super lucky with this apartment, our Airbnb reservation was just cancelled the same day we arrived to town. We found this place in the very last moment, so we were more than lucky.

The place is a driving distance from the city center and the beaches. It also might be a bit noisy, based on your neighbors.

Хубава гледка от балкона към Бабадаа планината! Апартамента е широк у просторен! В близост има няколко магазина.

Навсякъде в общите части има много лоша миризма. Асансьора мирише много гадно. Боядисваха стените в пика на сезона, което е много странно, даже те предупреждават да внимаваш, което е странно. Ние сме с две малки деца и постоянно трябва да им повтарям да не се доближат. На влизане в хотела има гнездо на птици и са сложили една хартия да падат лайната. Реално те посрещат с лайна, много гадно. Разбирам че птиците са хубави и важно, но все пак е много неприятно. Хотела е и доста отдалечен от централната част и ресторантите.
