Horrible service, no value for money, if you can pay this money, pay it in a good value for money hotel or another chale

The location

The service was hossible, I booked a chef everyday and a cleaning lady 3 times, they sent me prices I confirmed they didn’t tell me anything that I needed to pay. When I arrived they told me, that I didn’t confirm because I didn’t pay, the cleaner came one day late, the apartment looks nice in the pictures but the rooms are too small you won’t have space to put your luggage. By the end of the trip they deducted more money from me cause I didn’t clean the apartment, I paid 16,500 euros and they want me to clean it that’s absurd.

We had an excellent experience all in all

Fantastic views of the town and mountains. Spacious apartment. Excellent location, both proximity to the slope as well as to the town center. Lots of towels available in the flat. Well equipped apartment with high quality equipment.

Not enough shampoos and shower gels for 6 people for a week. Closets storage a bit tight for 6 people and not very comfortable.

All in all the apartment is great with 100% satisfaction. There is a spacious living area and great panoramic windows that gives it a magical view at any time of the day or night. The rooms are neat and clean, the location is great, all with a fantastic price. The staff replied to all our questions promptly, and were available for us at any time. You can not ask for more. We do recommend this place strongly.

A small non-issue. The apartment keys. It was not communicated clearly. The email mentioned entrance code, which implies electronic code to be applied. Where in fact it was the code for the keys physical-box. Its not a big issue, but clearly must be corrected in the communication so that people clearly understand that the apartment has a physical box next to the door that holds inside it the physical keys of the apartment. This again is a non-issue, just small communication bug.

Our stay was perfect! Charming well laid out apartment. Beautiful views from everywhere and very spacious especially with all the balconies. Very comfortable beds and ideal sauna.
