Appartement bien situé à proximité du metro (100m) et des commerces.
Equipement correct, mais quelques ustensiles de cuisine à renouveler.
Appartement agréable, mais l'environnement sonore est présent (métro, circulation urbaine). Parking à prévoir en plus, cher, mais indispensable.
Une mention particulière pour l'accueil sympathique d'Oleg, et la qualité de sa préparation de l'appartement.
