Frost Free in Cayo Hueso

Very large apartment with everything you will need. Really nice pool and a good view from the balcony.

There is quite some traffic noise even though we are on the 4th level as if the sliding doors cannot shut it out. The location is quite far away from the harbour, life and shopping area, but that is also reflected in the pricing.

Check-in was awful, Diane was rude and not helpful at all. Requested early check in never heard back ..called and talked to Diane and she stated would let us know when clean. I had to callback at 5 minutes prior to standard check-in at 4pm and was told the info had just been sent, I was onsite already and attempted to follow call box instructions and had to callback for assistance again with Diane … she buzzed me inside and packet was in the box to check in so it had been ready much longer without any notification to me nor did I ever get the email she stated she had “just” sent to minutes before I had to call at standard check-in time. Others assisting me inside the building said they had the same issue attempting their check in as well!!!! I use booking all the time and have never had such a debacle and rudeness trying to enter a facility we paid great $ to stay at. Would not recommend!
