Psaras Apartments

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Mike und seiner Frau. Die beiden sind wirklich wahnsinnig herzliche Gastgeber. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, sehr sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Anlage ist sehr charmant und liegt trotz der Lage inmitten von Restaurants, Bars und dem Strand super ruhig. Es ist wirklich traumhaft! Die Küche ist nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und der Feuermelder geht an, wenn man „richtig“ kocht. Aber da vor der Tür sowieso alles besser schmeckt, hat uns das nicht gestört. Für ein Frühstück oder kleinen Snack auf der Terrasse reicht es definitiv. Stalida ist ein lebhafter Ort, von dem aus man im mittleren/östlichen Teil der Insel schöne Ausflüge machen kann. Wir können die Psaras Appartements dafür nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit :)

I booked this place for my parents, and they were very happy with their stay. Eva was absolutely wonderful, every time they needed or requested something, she responded with kindness and was always ready to help and find a solution. She was extremely helpful and made sure they had everything they needed. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the beach. My parents had a lovely and relaxing stay and felt very well taken care of. Thank you, Eva, for your kindness and hospitality! We would definitely recommend this place. ❤️

The room had been booked for 2 people. However my family were just using the room to store their luggage and freshen up before the journey home later that evening. None of the guests were sleeping there. The host was very irate to find out there was more than 2 people visiting, and was screaming at my sister. The room rate wasn't particularly cheap either.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the seaside and all the restaurants and shops in the centre of Stalida. The property is full of character and has been beautifully decorated and thoughtfully maintained by the owners. Eva and her companion are kind and very spontaneous. When the cleaner accidentally threw away my earplugs while cleaning, Eva kindly bought me a new pair. It was a very thoughtful gesture and I genuinely appreciated it.

I didn’t appreciate the extra charge £7 per day to use the air conditioning and the in-room safe. I’ve never experienced additional charges for amenities that are usually included with the room. The room we stayed in (Room 2) was also quite small. One thing to be aware of is that entering the property’s full address into the sat nav may take you to the town of Stalida instead of the property itself. Searching for “Psaras” instead should take you directly there. Unfortunately, this happened to us when we arrived late in the evening, making the journey unnecessarily stressful. It also meant the owner had to wait for us for around an hour, which added to the overall pressure and stress of our arrival. As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be helpful to install insect screens on the windows. There were quite a few ants and flying insects around, and we even found some in our bed one evening. It’s understandable given the natural surroundings and wasn’t a major issue, but it would certainly make the stay more comfortable.
