Superb

Very clean place on the second floor. Newly renovated, with mostly new equipments (kitchen, bathroom, bed). Lot of light despite being in the roof. Friendly host Living at the groundfloor.

Schöne Komfortable Wohnung.

Sehr schöne, vollausgestattete Wohnung mit Allem was man benötigt. Der Zugang war einfach. Parken konnte man kostenfrei am Haus. Die Fahrräder konnte man an der Müllbox am Haus abstellen. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt. Kurze Wege.

Die Lage ist eigentlich gut. Allerdings ist das Lüften nachts bei abkühlendem Wetter nur bedingt möglich, da man die gesamte zeit von der Ringstrasse beschallt wird.

Prachtig verblijf voor een weekend Limburg an der Lahn

Mooi verblijf. De gastvrouw voorzag ons ook van een ventilator. Het was de warmste dag ooit gemeten. Verblijf was schoon, groot en alles was naar wens. Zou het iedereen aanbevelen. Centrum Limburg was 15 minuten wandelen. Was een mooi pad door het bos.

Voor ons eigenlijk niets. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Het was 2 hoog per trap.

einfach empfehlenswert

Unsere Urlaubswoche haben wir in Limburg verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden.Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, also volle Punktzahl. Dank vorhandener Bedienungsanleitungen war auch die Nutzung aller Küchengeräte kein Problem. Durch die relativ günstige Lage ist die Altstadt in ca. einer Viertelstunde fußläufig erreichbar. Gut auch, dass ein Supermarkt direkt gegenüber liegt. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur jederzeit weiterempfehlen, auch weil die Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend ist.

Ich komme gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Nähe zu einem Supermarkt am Stadtrand von Limburg, die Innenstadt war zu Fuß in 10 Minuten gut erreichbar. Mit dem Bus vor der Haustür sind sowohl ICE- als auch Regionalbahnhof einfach zu erreichen, auch mit dem Auto kann man in der Regel in direkter Nähe der Wohnung kostenlos parken. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und Frau Zwilling war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch bei kurzfristiger Ankündigung konnten An- und Abreisezeit flexibel gehandhabt werden. Trotz Nähe zu einer der Hauptstraßen in Limburg war von dieser sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts nichts zu hören. Die Küche war für meine Zwecke optimal ausgestattet und das Bett war sehr komfortabel!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt und nette Gastgeberin.

Für Pkw–Reisende gute Lage, da nahe der Autobahn im Randbereich von Limburg. Sehr sauberes Appartement. Gastgeberin sehr nett und hilfreich bei gastronomischen und touristischen Fragen. Modernes, komfortables Boxspring-Bett. Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit langen Öffnungszeiten sehr nahe.

In der Appartement-Beschreibung könnte man noch das System der Kaffee-Maschine erwähnen (Aldi Kapsel System) oder vielleicht 2 bis 3 Kapseln vorhalten. Das Kapselsystem gibt es nicht im nahegelegenen Einkaufsmarkt. Ansonsten hatten wir keinerlei Grund für negative Bewertungen.

Die Räumlichkeit

Kein Parkplatz direkt vor die Tür. Die Kaution hinterlegen lassen oder Personalausweis 🤦🏻‍♀️ war total neu für uns! Nicht genug Besteck vorhanden.

Es war sehr sauber eher steril . Betten waren sehr gut. Wohnung neu ausgestattet. Alles prima.

Zuerst mussten wir 100 Euro Kaution bezahlen. Wohnzimmer total ungemütlich. Sofa komplett kalt und nicht geeignet zum gemütlichen Fernsehen. Kein Parkplatz ! Keine Raucherecke nirgends ein Aschenbecher. Man hat sich gar nicht getraut irgendwas anzufassen .

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung mit allem Zubehör, das man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Der Weg in die Innenstadt von Limburg dauert mit dem Fahrrad nur 5 Minuten.

Moderne, geräumige und ruhige FeWo Einkaufsmöglichkeit/Parken fast gegenüber Altstadt/Bahnhof/Schiffsanlegestelle zu Fuß erreichbar Vermieter sind sehr nett und engagiert Ich würde sofort dort einziehen 🙂

Kann nichts kritisieren. Hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen.
