沖縄旅行はホテル、コンドは経験済み。子供ができてからは節約のため民泊派で、いろいろ数カ所経験済みです。 景色は3階で、海は見えました。恩納、読谷へも近く移動は○。近隣スーパーなど買い物には不自由しませんでした。 案内の写真通りのきれいな建物で、部屋は新しく、とても清潔で快適でした。 ガス乾燥機のかんたくん　完璧です。タオルも人数分のみですが、すぐ乾きます。かんたくん、沖縄はどの家にも付いているのかな？。

クローゼットに棚か引き出しがほしいかな。 宿とは関連ないですが、夜車での帰宅時は、街灯がなく、真っ暗です。沖縄全般でしょうが、特に東海岸は暗い。センターラインや停止線も消えている･･･。

The Good 1. Clean 2. Located close to beaches and local attractions. 3. Plenty of Space for 2 Persons , 4. Pet friendly, which is great because many locations in the area do not allow pets.

The Bad The customer service for this vacation home is terrible. While the property was responsive, we had 3 separate issues during our stay that were not resolved. 1. We did not understand how to operate the stove, which led to an equipment malfunction. Customer service coordinated for maintenance to enter the home without us present, which made us uncomfortable since it was not coordinated. Additionally, customer service advised that they would send operation instructions that were never sent. 2. We had another guest move into the unit midway during our stay. They were extremely noisy past quiet hours, so we raised the issue to customer service due to communication barriers. Nothing was done to address the new tenants by LEGO, so we had to handle the issue ourselves through Google Translate. 3. The property charges a separate pet fee that is not included in the original booking receipt. Before we arrived at the location on 19 April, we informed customer service that we had 1 pet. At the end of the booking they did not know that we had a pet with us. This shows that they had lost tracking of our details. We also received 8 different messages on Booking.com and 3 messages via email, all containing different amounts for the pet fee, highlighting multiple errors in the property's calculations. One message even said the following, "Thank you for your patience. The pet fee (including the extended stay) that we informed you of earlier is already included, so you do not need to make a payment via this URL. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused, and thank you for your understanding." This reinforces that communication with customer service during our stay was extremely confusing. 4. While this booking is non refundable, we reached out to customer service to check out 1 night early. They refused to process a refund even though there were multiple inconveniences during our stay.
