It is close to the ferry.

The whole place is run down beyond belief, and frankly does not look like it s in business seen form the outside.

Fine for one night if you are waiting for the ferry.

Beds seem clean

Was one staff member there when we arrived and he said they didnt have any rooms available, he seemed to be intoxicated. After talking for a bit he found our reservation, but didnt know which rooms to give us. We finally got that sorted, but when we came into our rooms there was poop in the toilet, spiders everywhere and water damage/mold. Also the door in one of our rooms could not be locked from the inside.

Basic accommodations nearby the harbour

we stayed one night after late ferry arrival from Rostock, this place is basic but it serves its function. furniture is rather old but clean. ok for one night, there is small kitchen and supermarket nearby, so one can arrange breakfast and seat outside if weather is good.

It’s marked as Pets allowed, but apparently one needs to check in advance if a dog can stay in chosen apartment, not in all of them dogs can stay.

The host was a character, the room was as expected, but its a hotel and price didnt match reality.

The host met us put in front of the property (shirtless and only dressed in shorts), took us around the back and showed us the room. We showed up a day early, but the host moved our arrangement to accomodate us.

The room wasnt all that clean, the lighting was subpar, and the rest of the hotel was closed off for some reason.

Very central, clean inside but a dump otherwise

centrally located close to ferry to Germany. The ”hotel” is up for demolitions and a dump, but the apartments on the back side are OK inside but a lot left on the outside. Very reasonable price.

You can only make cold food and to sleep I need black put curtains which did not exist

Just another place to sleep when in transit.

It was the only place with available rooms, so it was very nice that we had a place to stay for a night. The check-in was quick and the property is close to a super-market. Also free-parking was a plus for us.

The property needs renovation but I think the owner knows that already. I also think they are having a plan for renovation or it was looking like that. The hotel is for transit people and sometimes the guests can get noisy, partying and drinking until late.

Close to the port

We just needed a place to stay the night during our bike trip to Copenhagen. The apartment was absolutely sufficient for that, but otherwise it was very basic. Really close to the ferry landing port, so convenient if you don't want to travel a lot after getting of the boat.

Reception was not open, but a quick call to the number on the signposts connected us to friendly staff who checked us in just a few moments later.

Rainy, but nice.

This is the place where you get space! It is a small apartment with first floor and a roomy bathroom, all very clean. The kitchen was and with an adjustable fridge. Just 50 meters away is the local supermarket, Dagli´ Brugsen, with fresh coffee and breakfast, sandwiches, soda and so on. Also 50 meters away is the famous ToldCafeen, with free wi-fi and delicate lunch offers at a low cost. If you want to travel to Rostock, the Ferry is about I guess, 200-300 meters walk, boarding every hour... or two :) The locals are kind, attractions are "plenty" and there is buses to Nykoebing Falster every hour. Loads of Tv-channels for the rainy days.

The sad part, which clearly was caused by the weather, was the draft. But when upstairs, the district heating took it all. Of course it was sunny and no wind, when I left :D A good plus could have been wi-fi.

Kurzum, abgewrackt. Nie wieder auch nur ein Fuß in diese Unterkunft. Maria hatte es im Stall besser.

Wenn man in der nähe der Fähre ein Nachtquartier sucht und keine Ansprüche stellt, außer zu schlafen

Die Lage direkt neben dem Fährterminal, die Betten, aber das war es auch schon.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr heruntergekommen. Als Apartment beworben, aber keine Kochstelle, kein Licht im Bad und WC. Teils sehr beschädigte Möbel, eine Kommode ohne Griffe (man konnte die Laden nicht öffnen. Lieblos und nicht gewartet. Allerdings doch halbwegs sauber.

Nichts. Einfach gar nichts. Ich bin sofort angefahren und habe mir eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

Es war schmuddelig. Die Ausstattung unterirdisch. Die Handtücher schmutzig. Es hat nach Gulli gerochen. Die Spüle in der Küche und das gesamte Bad waren in einem desaströsem Zustsnd. Ich habe eine Video von der Unterkunft gemacht. Ich bin dort nicht geblieben und musste mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen

Der kommer vi ikke igen

Det var billigt. Men åbenbart for billig.

Der var beskidt. Gammelt spindelvæv over alt. Køleskabet så beskidt så det ikke var brugbart. Servicen i skabene var meget spartansk. Ikke engang en brødkniv så man kunne skære et brød over. En stol var gået i stykker, + bordplade ved køkkenet. Annoncen meget misvisende, da billederne ikke stemmer overens med der hvor lejlighederne ligger.

Katastrophe

Leider gar nichts. Einzig die Lage direkt am Fährhafen ist gut.

Als erstes ging die Schlüsselübergabe ziemlich zügig. Nachdem wir dann in die Zimmer gegangen waren weiß ich auch warum. Zerrissener Teppichboden, überall Spinnen, Einrichtung alt und verbraucht. Bad dreckig usw. Uns wurde sofort klar das wir hier kein Auge zu machen werden. Das Hotel ist wohl schon länger zu und der Besitzer hält sich mit den abgerockten Appartements über Wasser. Für uns wären es fast 200€ in den. Sand gesetzt. Die Fotos geben nicht den Zustand vor Ort wieder. Achtung Abzocke.

Skuffende og alt for dyrt i forhold til ydelsen. Vil ikke anbefale stedet, mest pga lugten/stanken.

6 personer fik en seng at sove i. Det lå tæt på færgen til Tyskland i forhold til tidlig afgang om morgenen.

Stedet udenfor og spec. indenfor lugtede kraftigt af kloak. Ulideligt i sommervarmen. Ulækker lugt. Det var slemt. De 2 sovesofaer til vores teenager var elendige. Det var jernstænger de sov på. Man skal selv lægge sengetøjet på sovesofaerne. Der var ikke spor af hygge i de to lejligheder, vi sov i.

Alles sehr instabil, die Dusche sorgt für eine Überschwemmung im Bad, so dass man das Badezimmer ausschließlich mit Badeschuhen betreten kann, Schloss im Eingangsbereich sehr speziell...man weiß nicht, ob es jedes Mal gelingt auf- oder zuzuschließen, alles voller Kreuzspinnen, wir haben bestimmt, sieben große nach draußen befördert

Troede ikke at noget kunne være så elendigt!

Det hele. Aldrig har jeg set noget lignende. Troede ikke - at man kunne udleje noget i så dårlig stand og så uhygiejnisk. Gulvtæppet laset og rigtig snavset, køleskab ikke rengjort, toilet ikke rengjort - så ulækkert…….alt var virkeligt i forfald - og så snavset!

Eigentlich schöne Aufteilung des Apartments (2stöckig), für eine Nacht also völlig in Ordnung.

Frühstück war nicht inklusive, Apartment war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für eine Nacht in der Nähe der Fähre insgesamt akzeptabel.

Bad und Toilette könnten sauberer gewesen sein.

Niks. Verdient de naam hotel absoluut niet. Tandeloze eigenaar opent de deur in z’n pyjama en op teenslippers. Als je iets vraagt, kan t niet. Je voelt je heel snel te veel bij hem. Die man is met pensioen en doet dit misschien alleen nog omdat t moet. Verder niet.

Wir sind mit der Fähre von Rostock nach Gedser gekommen.

Alle waren am nächsten Morgen ausgeschlafen, aber mehr auch nicht.

Die Lage war super, da wir am nächsten Tag mit der Fähre weiterreisen wollten und die Unterkunft dort sehr nah ist

Die Räume waren sehr beengt. Das was OK, aber die Fotos hatten einen anderen Eindruck vermittelt.

Den fullständigt sög. Otrevligt bemötande och ofräscht rum.

Värden var full medveten om att vi skulle anlända efter 21:00 men ingen svarade varken på telefon (två olika telefonnummer) eller när vi knackade på dörren. Vi ringde och knackade vid åtskilliga tillfällen. Värden kom till entrén ca 22:00 efter det att Booking.com sökt honom. Hans svar på frågan varför han ej öppnat åt oss var "jag har pratat med min son i telefonen i en timme".......... Hur intresserad är man då att driva en verksamhet. Han borde inte få vara registrerad hos er.
