Sistemazione confortevole, pulita e curata nei dettagli, perfetta per un soggiorno tranquillo e piacevole. Appartamento in ottima posizione. Eccellente pulizia, rifiniture di pregio, cura dei dettagli. Dotato di ogni comfort. Nulla da eccepire, ottimo in tutto. Consigliatissimo.

Nel complesso, buona posizione, appartamento in un contesto abitativo con altri inquilini, situato al 6° piano. Accogliente all'entrata.
cosa dispiacevole era la presenza di una telecamera con audio che non mi era mai capitato prima, il titolare dice di essere in regola e che si trattasse di aria comune, ma essendo io solo in quello appartamento, la zona giorno non era condivisa con nessuno quindi comune con chi? . Nella camera ho notato il piumino sporco con macchie e un po' di polvere. La notte un po' rumorosa da auto che sfrecciano a tutta velocità.
