The staff was very kind, though some lacked some basic information that should have been provided from the start. Drivers Kenneth and Duncan were extremely pleasant and much appreciated. Even the daytime security guard was really nice and welcoming. Abdir also very helpful and easy-going. I would stay there again.
It could have been clearer that rides in the vicinity were free, as there was some confusion. A hairdryer should be standard equipment in the room, without having to request it.

I loved the location, its in a safe area not far from the UN. There is also a shopping mall nearby which is very convenient. Staff members were great, from gatekeepers to reception to kitchen staff—all of them were nice and always helping out. I really appreciated that about the property.
The breakfast is very basic.
