Blizina svih važnijih lokacija u gradu, ispoštovani dogovori i brza reakcija domačina u pružanju informacija, veličina soba, kupatila i terase, kuhinjski sadržaji.
Saobraćajna buka u jutarnjim časovima (oko 6 h) u spavaćoj sobi. Peškiri bi morali da budu mekši i da imaju lepši miris. Hteli smo jedno pre podne biciklovima, koji inače stoje u dvorištu, da odemo na reku Maroš na piknik iznenadila nas je cena od 7 € po biciklu. Mi već 20 godina dolazimo u Mako banju i na primer Žolt (Jasmin apartmani) nam nikada nije naplatio korišćenje biciklova i trotineta.
