Excellent Communication from the moment GO.
I was even contacted via whatsapp about left behind items that were left with security for pick up.
Free Parking was available which was what I insisted on.

Provided breakfast was nice, a lot to eat for one person. However, there is no seating area for breakfast, so it gets delivered to your room, where there is no space to eat, hence you would have to eat at the balcony where there is the only table.
Location was the best, 5 min walk to marina beach, that's what makes this property attractive. The balcony was cute, with a good view of the city.
The bathroom is just ok, there is no separate shower area, its an open shower right next to the toilet seat, which is a bit uncomfortable. There is hardly any space in the room you get other than the bed. The common kitchen is not maintained well, and there are other people who are renting other rooms, so I will not rely on making food here in the kitchen area.
Given all of these, the prices could be easily less to around $100 per night, but I end up paying $150 per night

Kitchen, bathroom wich is separate from room.
