Great place in a beautiful area - comfortable for 4 adults.

Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, nice bathrooms with good hot water and pressure and location was good. AC worked well, and it was very warm during our stay. It was very clean also.

The only minor annoyance was the mosquitos from the front porch bushes that invaded every time the door opened. But surprisingly, very few bites!

too far from town. steps when informed of handicap. pool across property had to drive. couldn’t access tv. missing household needs. switches and lights not all working. bed not comfortable. mostly upset with customer service. locked out of unit and had difficulty finding someone that could do something. bath faucet leaking. washer ruined clothing.

Everything. This place was AMAZING. It had everything. The location was perfect for all of our activities. If I could give it an 11, I would. If we ever return to Durango, we will definitely stay here. Thank you for a great 4 days. Debra Abramson.

This was not what we were expecting.

What breakfast??? Kitchen was great. View was great. Nice outside balcony. Lots of trees and a huge cliff behind.

At times there was too much communication and other times there was not enough. We had a stopped up toilet that resulted in waste/water dripping through the ceiling. Kind of disgusting. The sheets were pilled. Sheets and towels felt like they were economy. We were so far from the pools & hot tub one had to drive there. No information was given at booking that this was the situation. If we had known this we would have not booked the property. There are about 800 units there and we were at the very back of the property. It was hard to see the room number through the trees and no lighting was there to help. Parking was tight and not provided specifically for one's unit. Carrying in luggage, etc. was difficult and involved exterior stairs. I asked for ground floor with a disabled traveler. The unit was ground floor, but lots of steps to get there. She fell while accessing the unit. We were not happy with paying $600 a night with all the fees added on--especially with the pool and hot tub not being convenient. The toilet flooding was the final straw for us.

Very expensive $1,996.62 for 5 nights.

We brought food and cooked. The light over kitchen table was broken/ no bulb so we sat in darkness to eat. They wanted us to wash towels and had to buy soap. We paid $191.56 for house cleaning. The deck was nice.

Lighting. The indoor pool and grounds were very nice.

Not clean.

First the lady at the front desk was very rude and had a really big attitude. I didnt get her name but she had brown hair brown eyes and a chunky face. She looked 18 but she doesnt know how to talk to people . .It wasn't fully clean the first thing i noticed was there were very noticeable hairs all along the bottom of the shower curtain which is beyond disgusting... the entire shower curtain just looked like a huge water stain. It looks like it hadn't been changed or cleaned in a long time . We spend atre first hour cleaning before feeling comfortable to relax.. for 330 it was not worth it..

Property was clean. Kitchen well stocked.

While at the pool/hot tub guest are not allowed to bring their own food/drinks. You can order from the restaurant in a different building but the catch is they do not deliver. So in order to enjoy drinks we would have had to get out of the hot tub in freezing weather, soaking wet and walk across two large parking lots. Also the restaurants are not open everyday and when they are closed we still were not allowed to bring our own food/drinks. Makes for a miserable experience.
