Fioro Old Town house 4 Pax City Center

Absolutely amazing experience at Fioro Old Town. My girlfriend and I were expecting to be in the center of the city of Lefkas, but we couldn't even imagine that it will be right around the corner that we get out to the main street where everyone is walking and experiencing the nightlife, yet somehow the apartment is located in a very quite street, so we did not hear anything throughout the night which was a perfect combination of what you are looking for in your rental. On top of all that, our hosts were very accommodating - when we arrived, we noticed that we don't have an iron to iron our shirts for dinners, we texted our host and the very next day they brought a brand new iron and an iron table. I cannot express enough how happy and amazed we were with our stay, especially since we booked it kind of late (4 weeks before our arrival), and the price per night was on a lower end compared to other options. I was skeptical about parking at first, but there are 2 public parking areas in a walking distance of 100-200 meters which always have a spot, so that was not a problem at all. Overall, definitely recommend the place and if we ever visit Lefkada back again, we will sure try to stay at Fioro Old Town :)

I did not have internet connectivity, which made it difficult to get in touch with the owner regarding keys, but we figured it out somehow. Perhaps a list of instructions prior to arrival could be shared, so that contactless checking in goes as smooth as possible :)

The location is excellent. Host is friendly, responsive, willing to help. The place was nicely renovated with style. Good facilities, one could wash cloths and cook food if needed.

While there is a good aircondition in the house the bedroom is not vendilated. A small fan for circulation would solve that. The fridge has a bitruit smell, not a problem just a note. It took us a while to figure out how to direct water to the movable shower.
