the location is perfect everything you could possibly need is right around the corner , I had concerns about the stairs someone mentioned in a other review , i am 62 years old with bad knees but this was no problem only 11/2 floors as can be seen in this video https://www.youtube.com/shorts/I8fN1HbnSDw now this is after you get the keys from the lobby . i will with out doubt book this apartment again

It’s location is excellent. Very close to the promenade. It has a south facing balcony which gets the sun all day and is situated among all the amenities.
Access to the property is accessed via stairs. There are three levels up and one level down. This is no problem if you are fit but wouldn’t suit anyone with disabilities. You also have to carry your luggage this way. The only other problem is the tired bathroom. The sink is very slow draining and the shower has a poor flow rate.
