Wyśmienita lokalizacja apartamentu, pośród domów o niskiej zabudowie, bardzo blisko głównej ulicy Fort Lauderdale z restauracjami, sklepami. Dostępne miejsce parkingowe zaraz przy wejściu do mieszkania - super. Bardzo sympatyczni sąsiedzi, czuliśmy się bardzo bezpiecznie niezależnie od pory dnia. Sam apartament wyposażony we wszystkie możliwe drobiazgi jakie są przydatne podczas pobytu (kosmetyki, ręcznik, startowa kawa do ekspresu, woda w lodówce, pudełka do przechowywania żywności, naczynia, środki czystości, ręczniki papierowe) , w tym również między innymi sprzęt do plażowania - parasol, leżaki. Automatyczna klimatyzacja działająca 24/7, zasłony na dużych szklanych ścianach z przesuwanymi drzwiami z moskitierami umożliwiającymi wyjście na dwa wewnętrzne tarasy zapewniały komfort mieszkania. Pełne wsparcie ze strony agencji (gospodarza), który natychmiast reagował i udzielał odpowiedzi na pytania. Obiekt bardzo dobrze utrzymany, czysty z ciekawymi elementami architektonicznymi.
