The property is located on top of a hill, has a nice view, located nearby the centre, and has a free car park. The property manager has helped us entering the premises and the studio easily and before check in time.
With a temperature of 35 degrees it is not possible to stay in the property without AC, no dark curtains on windows and no blinds, toilet is too small for a tall man to fit!

Location was the only good thing
From arrival information to room everything was horrible (except location). We felt like we were in a cell! Old toothbrush was in the bathroom. Poor communication from host for arrival instructions, uncomfortable bed, no air-conditioning!!

Lovely flat, good facilities
Limited information provided in advance regarding check-in etc, making it a challenge to get to and get in initially

Good location
Check in process was difficult and there was a bit of a communication/language barrier

Though the check-in process wasn't entirely intuitive (you need to use codes for different parts before getting to/out of the place), the actual idea of having the codes made us feel safe and the owner was reachable and helpful to solve everything every time, as necessary.
The room basically got everything you need for an overnight stay, and there is free parking next to the building which was good. Also, it's approx. 10-20 minute walk to different locations in the center area of Saint Tropez town, approx. 7-minute walk to a nearby supermarket, in case you don't want to use your car.
The hot water in the shower ran out rather quickly. I would also recommend changing the "tired" curtains and the bed which was quite hard to our preference and unbalanced to sleep on. The building itself looked nice but felt a bit abandoned which created a strange atmosphere when you go to/out of it, but when you go out all day to travel around and come back only to shower and sleep then as long as it's safe and comfortable it should be the most important thing in my opinion.

Location was short walk to town center and port.
I booked a total of 9 places to stay on our 2 week Barcelona-Provence-French Riviera vacation, and this apartment is by far the WORST. I paid 123€ for a one night stay, which is not much less than some of the other establishments. To put this into context, this is early March and off season. We had just come from Cassis, where we stayed at a fabulous Bed and Breakfast for 150€ the night before, which included full breakfast for 2 in our room (or on the terrace if warmer weather).
Although the owner sent detailed instructions, the whole entry process felt like a scavenger hunt. There were 2 gates, and 4 codes before we retrieved the key to the apartment. (This whole process was not so fun when we returned at night on foot in the dark and rain. Much of the paths were not lit and the front of the building was dark. I think if I were one or two women walking back, I would feel terrified.) The building seemed nice from the outside, the lobby was modern, so I had a good attitude at first. It all went downhill from there, literally. The apartment is located on floor down. There is a tiny elevator, fitting barely 2 adults and 2 carryon roller bags.
The listing called this unit elegant, and it is anything but. The apartment itself was cramped and dated. Everything appeared to be painted a white coat of paint, including old wall switches cupboards and trim, and not in a good way. There were a lot of towels around. Most seemed clean and rolled, but a couple behind the bathroom door seemed used. There was no shampoo or body soap. My husband decided to rinse off anyways, and had water puddle around his ankles. The hand soap dispenser was empty by the bathroom sink. The toilet was in a room so small that the door could not be closed if one was sitting down, and the toilet seat was missing 2 of the bumpers, so the seat was leaning to one side. The toilet would only flush once every few hours, as the tank refilled very slowly. There was mold around the windows.

Parking gratis.
