Waterlily - Two Bedroom Apartment

Everything! Clean, well appointed to everything in walking distance!

Sad the spa was not working/ in use.

Very close to town, clean, felt homely

The washing machine won’t spin out, must be damaged

central location close to everything

- The location to town - walkable with lots of shops/food and lovely views. - The rooms were a good size for two persons, with everything needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The coffee pod machine was welcomed. - We enjoyed having the local cockatoos visit the verandah each afternoon.

- Our rooms were fairly dusty and require a deep clean. - The spa on the verandah was broken (not an issue as we wouldn't have used it); however the spa cover was extremely moldy/dirty and took up unnecessary space on the verandah. - We were deducted $36 extra due to "bank fees" which were not declared on the receipt or reflected prior to booking. We approached Booking.com to investigate, and were told a refund would be coming... still yet to be received a month later. Never experienced this before with multiple prior bookings with this site. - We arrived in the evening where there was no staff on site - resulting in difficulty finding our room. The afterhours number rang out several times, eventually answered which allowed us proper instructions to get into our room. The full check-in instructions arrived after our stay had completed/returned home. - The room is rented out as Waterlilly - however the hotel complex is under another name which was confusing & added to the stress. - The window locks in the bedroom and bathroom were broken, so we were unable to open up to let a breeze in. - Be prepared for lots of stairs to carry your luggage up as it is on the side of a hill. - Minor issues in totality but did effect the comfort of our six days stay.
