It was attractive, spacious and comfortable to stay in. It was on a quiet side street but not a long walk from the train station but close to the attractions. The restaurant suggestions were helpful. Having use of a kitchen area was an added plus. There small courtyard was beautiful. Communication was good with the staff.

Had a rustic feel while very clean and well taken care of. The courtyard and social room (with small but interesting library/magazine resources) were very welcoming, pleasant and useful along with recommendations. Was an excellent location and comfortable base for exploring Ferrara.
The communication regarding the last minute room change was insufficient and awkward. Also, we appreciated being able to store our luggage after check out but it was not as secure as we would have liked. If we did not have our own tracking tags we would not have used it which would have been disappointing and inconvenient. Complementary still water would have been nice.
