Spacious rooms, well equipped, convenient to Captain Andersons and St. Andrew’s State Park. Quiet neighborhood, pet friendly with fenced backyard. Washer and Dryer equipped, comfortable beds and great TV streaming apps. Kitchen and bathrooms were modern and roomy.

the location was great!
The grass had not been cut in a couple of weeks as it apeared. The house is dated and needs a paint job in and out. My wife and I had to go out and buy a broome and a mop to clean. There wasn't a tv in 2 of the bedrooms. We had to buy some kitchen utinsels to be able to cook in the kitchen. there needsto be more pots and pans. The smoke detector is mounted right above the stove so, you couldnt boil water with out it going off.
