Palacio Santa Ursula

La ubicación y la tranquilidad para dormir.

En la descripción se dice que hay un parking muy cercano donde suele haber sitios libres. El parking está muy muy cerca pero durante nuestra estancia (3 noches) no lo vimos con plazas disponibles ni una vez.

This was a lovely spacious place amongst lots of other apartments in a sort of complex with a swimming pool and close to the centre.

Getting in the place was a nightmare we phoned the host who didn't help us at all luckily someone else from the complex opened the door which allowed us to get inside as the keys were at the apartment in a key box. This place advertised private parking with pictures of a garage, it wasn't private parking it was a public underground car park about 20mtrs away. Now 5 motorcycles we could have fit into one bay but yet again we all hade to pay for an individual car space each it's just wrong. The pool area and the city is full of pigeon droppings so not sure what's going with that wasn't nice.

Location. Safe location. Easy to access mayor attractions.

Bedding needs improvement. Sheets and towel were run down. Needs replacement . Renovation on linings . Bath room smelly. Needs more attention . Smells come from toilet , sinks… maybe more attention from host. On maintenance. Lots of noise on insects ( crickets)over nights.. ironic they have quiet hour between 10 pm to 9 am . They need to chase the crickets away.. All this are my observation in a positive way… a place can be a paradise if they make some corrections and improvement.. price was high over the conditions of facilities

great location, clean, access and egress worked well

no response whatsoever to our repeated contacts regarding; no kettle, no iron, only 2 hangers for clothes and defective shower bracket also night time street noise was disturbing
