Arc 1950 Superbe Duplex, 3 chambres, Vue Aiguille Rouge

Super convenient location right in the middle of such a cute town. Easy for ski-in and the ski locker room made it easy. The condo itself was small but functional and very nice with beautiful views from the porch. Great restaurants all around and everywhere was easy to access! Very responsive host who got back to us about everything quickly. Great to have built in boot and mitten dryers in the closet. For a small place there was plenty of storage. Can’t have more than one person in the kitchen really at a time but otherwise nice functional spot. We loved the village and it was a beautiful place with a great host.

To ski out we had to walk up a flight of stairs to be able to ski down to the lifts which was a surprise to us and a bit of a hassle with kids that I wish I had known ahead of time. We had thought coming back for lunch would be easy but between that hike and having to change out of boots in the stinky locker room to even run upstairs to the apartment to grab lunch made it feel like a hassle which defeated owner of the purpose of ski-in, ski-out for us. The property was decently clean but not immaculate. The lack of sink in the toilet room upstairs was frustrating and the apartment had very little stock of things like hand soap. We stayed here partly for the outdoor pool but unfortunately it was not nearly warm enough to really enjoy as a winter outdoor pool. Wish the fitness center and pool/hot tub were open past 8pm. To only be able to work out between 9am and 8pm made it impossible with kids. Parking is expensive which I just hadn’t read carefully enough ahead of time.

The location was good, the accomodation comfortable and the owners very responsive and helpful

Unfortunately the master bedroom toilet failed on day one and despite efforts by the owners was not repaired before we left
