The location is wonderful and close to all the services that I required
I was surprised that the Restaurant wasn't well occupied which seems to be a waste of an opportunity. My suggestion is include it in the price which can obviously be pretty easy to do.
It's not like there are many options available close by and this is a good up sell opportunity plus create jobs
