***Construction Notice: This unit is part of Phase 4 of the exterior spall repair and painting project, scheduled from 3/8/2027 - 3/18/2027. During this time, the lanai will be locked for your safety and will not be accessible and lanai furniture will be kept inside the condo. We kindly ask that guests do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. Guests may experience construction noise during work hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note that the schedule is subject to change. We recommend contacting us prior to arrival for the most current project updates. The overall building project is anticipated to be completed in July 2027.

We provide a starter kit of essentials, which includes liquid dish soap, a dishwashing packet, a kitchen sponge, trash liners, a roll of paper towels, coffee, condiment packets, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. Please note we do not replenish these items once the starter set is depleted. Each bathroom is equipped with four sets of towels, and blankets can be found in each bedroom closet. We're delighted to provide beach towels for your stay. Please ensure they are returned to the room at check-out. If they are not, a $10 fee per towel may be applied to your account. Housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
The property features two inviting pools: a spacious swimming pool on the lobby level and a serene lounge pool on the second floor. For added convenience, self-service, card-operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. Enjoy peace of mind with 24/7 security and take advantage of valet parking for $45 per day (rates subject to change). Gym access is available through the hotel - daily, weekly and monthly rates are available. Please inquire with the hotel's front desk for more information.

The property manager has been providing fully furnished condo rentals to travelers since 1965. Book with confidence, as we offer only legal vacation rentals in Waikiki and the surrounding areas. Plus, you'll save when you book directly with us! Please note that the condos are privately owned, and construction or building maintenance may occur during your stay. While owners have no control over external work or noise, construction is typically limited to Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no work on weekends or holidays. Most guests experience little to no disruption, as they are often out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping, or participating in activities.
