Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This four-bedroom, three-bath property features a beautiful spacious end unit, FAU heating, TVs in all bedrooms, and vaulted ceilings. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking and yes pets are permitted so bring Fido along. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. It was a great location and a very comfortable place. The wifi basically didn't work at all, and the TV does not have cable, which if you're trying to watch something live, was difficult. Also, the wifi not working made it difficult to stream. Lastly, the sink didn't really drain effectively. Other than those things it was a really nice place.

The unit was very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The only con was the parking: it is first come, first served and was hard to find available spaces

We had a wonderful family vacation at Mammoth Estates 234. It was very clean, just as described and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials and more. We had great communication with Mammoth Reservations as well. They accommodated our late check out with no problem since there were no check ins on our departure date. The late check out was much appreciated!
