Cleanliness needs to be improved, the mattresses need to be replaced, electricity and Internet was interrupted for sometime

Location - security - Lift - hot shower - seperate bedroom - living room - big sofa - TV - Netflix - kettle etc
We were disturbed twice, once by workmen who wanted to use our power to drill a lock bext door - we declined And again Plumbers came to our room to fix the shower - which was working fine - we told them to go away - they came back in the morning and again I said they can fix the shower when we have gone, the owner then arrived and pleaded with us to allow the plumbers in - reluctantly we agreed as the owner was upset - in return for a later check out
