Het huisje zelf was prima. Douche was heerlijk
De matrassen waren te hard en de slaapkamers te krap

It's a huge complex (300+ pre-fabricated houses!) next to each other surrounded by woods, managed by a central reception for basic things like bike rentals, extra linen/towels, etc. (like a camping). See the "things I didn't like" too for a complete picture. Here are the things I liked: * In spite of the huge concentration of houses, it was very quiet, there are rules against parties, noise, open BBQs, etc. * The location is awesome: at the border of the Veluwe park, 10' by car from cozy restaurants, 30' by electric bike from the Kröller-Müller museum, in the middle of the park * House is new, with fully equiped kitchen, great bathroom/shower, space for 1 car and a shed * Automated car access, locks, etc.
As the review title says, although house is comfie, the services are like in a camping at best. * Reception only works until 5pm, so make sure to call them directly to arrange key delivery. * Rental does NOT INCLUDE towels (!!!) or any extras: there's only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of linen for each person, etc. So you need to pick them up (and pay) at reception next day. Petty for such an expensive stay. That's the "camping" experience. Reception people were super nice, though. * The linen is charged separately (!!!), so this is an extra that, together with the tourism tax, needs to be payed directly, not through Booking. This becomes SUPER confusing, as the managing company (Belvilla, see below) will start harassing for the charge in a very unclear, confusing, and broken way. * Each house belongs to an individual owner, so actual content/decoration/state of each house may vary. There's no consistency. We were lucky: new house and apppliances, all very new. * House is nice but also very simple: plastic mattresses, the sound of falling nuts on the ceiling all day/night can be annoying, sound isolation in general is poor, etc. Again, think "glamping". * The worst part, as many others notice: the rental is managed by this company Belvilla, sitting between Booking.com and the house owners. They make everything very confusing. I received 30 messages (most duplicated) plus others replying to my own requests for clarification, and all plagued with wrong information (e.g.: wrong times for reception times), broken links (we can't pay!), weird communication (message at 10pm: "if you don't pay this extra until 8am tomorrow, reservation is cancelled!"), etc. It's all very confusing (Extras? Which extras? Is my reservation still on? WTH?!), and makes you feel you fell for a trap. * Is it worth it? It depends: it's expensive, and you feel exploited by these petty extra charges and lack of service.

loved the peaceful forest setting and the sense of privacy it offered. The terrace was a perfect spot to enjoy the fresh air and nature views. The chalet itself felt very spacious and well-designed, with high-end finishes that made the stay feel luxurious yet cozy.”
The only thing I didn’t like was that the bed could have been more comfortable. Everything else was great.”

Location is very beautiful surrounded by tranquil nature The cabin is comfortable The pool is really nice They provide free bikes, which is really good way to see the forest and the nearby village
After paying full price on booking.com , A few days before the stay the property contacted us saying we have to pay EUR45 for bed linen within 3 hours (the email was sent at 8pm) otherwise they cancel booking and we loose all money. Not a very nice way to welcome guests. And even after paying EUR 45, and arriving around midnight we found it in plastic bags - so you have to dress the bed in bed sheets yourself and they expect you to remove and fold it away at the check out. No towels are provided either , you have to get them at the reception for extra fee, so if you arrive after 5pm , you have no towels.
