Everything from the gorgeous views to the cleanliness of our room! Peaceful and I love all the extra little touches to make you feel at home! We utilized the grill one night and this is a wonderful extra and the fact that you provide everything needed ..oh a d cant forget the s'mores! I cant wait until our next stay! Absolutely love this place and have recommended to family!😁❤️⛰️

The hotel is about 1.5 miles from downtown. This property does not have a river view. Also, the parking lot is down the hill from the hotel about 50 yards at a 40 degree angle. One one non handicap parking space and one handicap parking space at the top of the hill beside the lodge. It is wooded around the hotel with lots of trees. There is 2 large fire pit ketals beside the lodge with seating for 6 around each of the fire pits. It's a good deal and a good location for the price. The Nantahala Village has 2 restaurants. Both are good, but both are really busy. Be patient. Beers start at $7 up to $9. Mixed drinks from $14 up to $18. Wine ranges from $10-$14 per 9 oz glass. The employees at the restaurants were nice regardless that the heat index was over 100 degrees. All in all, it's a nice weekend getaway.

Everything was incredibly clean and the rooms were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. Beautiful location.
