We definitely recommend the place and we’ll visit again!

It was really clean and comfortable. The parking is right across the street, the apartment is right next to the supermarket, which comes in handy. Also it’s a short walk to the port and the restaurants, down the street there is a pharmacy and another supermarket.

The only suggestion on our side would be bigger trash cans and a broom, because the sand can get everywhere even though we did our best to remove it on the outside.

All in all, very good stay. Unpretentious calm location, excellent for families. Nice accommodation.

Nice, clean and functional flat with foldable couch and a little kitchen area on the ground floor and two little bedrooms and a balcony on the 1st floor. Toilet on each floor. The free parking spot in front of the flat front door was very convenient and appreciated. At the back, there's a little courtyard with tables and barbecue - very convenient if you don't feel like eating out. A small mini market next door selling also fresh bread. Very nice and friendly host. The location is good - a few minutes walk to the village centre with the tavernas and bars in one directions and a few minutes by car to the beach in the other direction. A good choice of places to eat out in the village, although on the first evening the restaurants were full and we could not get a table. Nice long sandy beach line with beach bars areas and free plage areas. Not crowded even though in August. Plenty of parking spots along the road and parking is free. The beach is very close to the village and the accommodation but in the heat, better go by car. The surrounding nature and landscape are absolutely beautiful. The sea was shallow, water very warm, so excellent for kids and families. All in all, very good stay. Unpretentious calm location, excellent for families. Very nice accommodation.

The only shortfall was the bathroom - small bathtub with a curtain - so after shower the floor around is all wet. But it's the same everywhere we've been in Greece. The description on Booking says two bathrooms but we had only one. Also it says large double bed but it was rather a small double bed (good for two adults but no space for a kid between). However, there's a foldable couch on the ground floor so 5 people can be accommodated comfortably. One could hear some traffic noise as the building is on the main street to the beach but it's nothing that really bothers you. The area around the beach line is not very clean though (plastic bottles, tissues and waste packaging all over, no waste bins on the beach and apparently no regular cleaning). There was only one beach shower and a changing box in a very long stretch so be prepared to take a lot of sand home.

I didn't like the stay and I wouldn't like to go back.

There was a store just next to the apartment which was convenient but on the other side it's problematic at night when staff is closing the store. It can get very loud.

There wasn't internet connection on the property or nearby. The apartment faced a busy road which meant that there was a suffocating smell of gases coming out of the cars. The stairs in the apartment were without a rail so one had to push against the wall in order to climb/descend stairs. I was with my child and it made me nervous every time she reached the stairs. I asked to be moved to another apartment, at the rear side of the property, facing an inside private garden, I was answered there weren't any available. After the first night we left the property. I had to find a better place to stay.

Place and beach (we went to Arogi beach) were perfect. The owner Evi is lovely.

The only problem for those going to walk in the village and to the tavernas near Port is the large mosquito population there.

Minunat la Fanari

Am petrecut un sejur minunat în Fanari! Cazarea a fost foarte curată, bine întreținută, cu o bucătărie complet utilată, ideală pentru un grup numeros ca al nostru (11 persoane). Ne-am simțit excelent pe toată perioada vacanței. Gazdele au fost minunate, primitoare și mereu atente la nevoile noastre. Recomand cu drag și abia așteptăm să revenim!

Niezapomniany wyjazd do Fanari.

Spędziliśmy 3 noce w pięknej i gorącej Grecji. W pobliżu cudna plaża z gorącym morzem i znikoma ilością ludzi. Pyszne jedzonko w pobliskich restauracjach w dobrych cenach. Unikatowy zachód słońca. Super kontakt z właścicielką. Obok sklep gdzie można kupić właściwie wszystko 😊mega udogodnienie. Dobre miejsce jeśli ktoś nie lubi tłoku.

Апартаментът е чудесен, има всичко необходимо за добра почивка - и в спалнята, и в кухнята, и интернетът беше бърз. Чисто и уютно. С хладилник, печка, кафе машина, дори миксер за фрапе. Въобще всички удобства са налице. Собственичката е много любезна и отзивчива. Каквото и да поискахме, ни го осигуряваше. Има магазин в съседство, което е и добре, и зле, защото през цялото време спираха коли да пазарят и беше много шумно. Ако беше на по-тихо място, щеше да е супер почивка.

Единствената забележка и препоръка към собствениците е - да сменят ваната, която е доста неудобна, понеже е малка и е само за сядане, и няма как прав да се изкъпеш удобно. Ако сложат душ-кабина може би ще е по-просторно за къпане. Иначе като цяло в градчето има ужасно много гларуси, които денонощно издават ужасни звуци и не може да си почине човек. Хубавото е, че е добре изолиран апартаментът, но ако решите да спите на отворени прозорци... Е, ами няма да спите! Има и страшно много комари, които също пречат на спокойния сън. И понеже е до главен път, има постоянно движение на автомобили, което не е много приятно ако търсите тихо място за почивка. Съжалявам, но ако просто този чудесен апартамент и стопанката му бяха на друго място, сигурно пак бихме ги посетили. Но в това градче не мисля, че ще се върнем. Все пак наистина сме впечатлени и много благодарни на хазяйката Еви.
