La Francesa Triana

I liked the sofa area and the art on the walls. V good communication with the owners. I can understand why families with children have rated this flat highly, because they would like being close to Aldi and a playground. But if being near Aldi is not your priority, this area is a long way from the centre, and completely the opposite side of town to the train station and airport.

Terrible shower and beds. Shower head doesn't stay attached to the pole, which, combined with the low water pressure, made washing hair very difficult. All the beds are not sprung but hard foam, I like a hard bed but these were v uncomfortable. My partner found them so bad he slept on the sofa after the first night. Pillows are huge hard foam rolls. I wrapped a towel round a sofa cushion for a pillow instead. Area is a 15 minute walk to the river and very edge of old town, so 30 minutes to the centre. It's 2 buses to get to the airport or train station. The cities hire bike scheme saved us, and we used bikes to get to and from the edge of the centre. We were given 4 coffee pods for 2 people for a 5 night stay, and hardly any toilet tissue. Considering the price, being able to have one coffee a day each would have been nice. We had to go and buy toilet paper and kitchen towels etc. We left them behind for the next guests, I hope they can benefit from them.

Fuimos con dos niños muy pequeños y todo genial. El alojamiento tenía todas las comodidades (trona, cuna, hervidor, espcio suficiente, un buen parque infantil al lado de casa, farmacia...). La ubicación muy buena, es una zona tranquila y en nada estás en la zona turística. Además la parada de bus está a 3 minutos andando y de allí llegas a cualquier sitio.

Heel schoon. Fijn dat er 3 slaapkamers waren. Alles aanwezig.

The place was fantastic, very clean, had everything you would need and was in a great location.

The virtual key system. It caused me great anxiety. It was complex to open. And difficult to use. I was anxious taking photos and using my phone during the day incase my battery died. I was anxious the Internet would go down. When we did get there the system didn't work. Which left me standing outside feeling very vulnerable late at night with 3 children. Very scary experience. I then had to contact the provider and await a response which was quick. But I was nervous the kids were tired it was a complexity we didn't need.
