Les murs sont des feuilles a cigarettes si vous voulez parler dans votre appartement a 4h30 du matin attendez vous a avoir des remarques. Et si vous bougez trop fort les transats dans la journée les gens sont très désagréable. Donc appartement fait pour les plus de 60 ans très bien .

The location is perfect and the size of the unit ideal for 1 or 2 persons. It's a basic decorated unit and could use a good update, but after a few days that was viewed as its "charm". It is perfectly situated, near to the Yumbo Centre, Cita Centre, and walk to the beach (NOTE: about 50 mins total walk across the dunes). NOTE: The place is actually called "Apartmentos Teneguia" - Apartmentos Yumberohas has NO recognition when trying to get transport from the airport - it will NOT come up on maps unless you provide "Apartmentos Teneguia"> The bed was SO comfy and they put the two singles together into a very large king which was perfect. It could use a couple of extra pillows if you like more than one to sleep on. The property manager is excellent and replies very quickly. We experienced internet issues and they resolved them the next day. For the price ($400 CAD for one week) you cannot beat it. I would recommend it and stay there again!

This is a family hotel, and as such there are young children. Unfortunately, one couple had two young girls (age 3 and 5) who scream-cried, very loudly, literally all day every day - even when in their unit it echoed across the entire property. That screaming/crying woke me up daily, and was extremely frustrating. It clearly annoyed all tenants as they would yell from their balconies to the parents to ask their two children to stop, take them away, etc, etc, etc. The parents seemed oblivious.ffff

Outstanding. Lots of little extras provided for the kitchen. Very spacious apartment.

The property is in a good location and has all the facilities required.
