Flexibilidade de horário para a chegada. Higiene do quarto e principalmente do banheiro - impecável. Cordialidade da anfitriã, e o conforto do quarto em geral.
O horário do checkout é um pouco mais cedo do que estou acostumada. Mas a anfitriã super compreendeu a minha situação e estendeu por mais uma hora.

A simpatia da dona da hospedagem no atendimento.
A hospedagem fica a meio caminho entre uma pousada, pois não tem os serviços que estas oferecem como café da manhã, e aluguel tipo Airbnb, que tem cozinha e maquina de lavar. Ficar entre uma coisa e outra e faltando coisas básicas como luz de cabeceira ou mesa de cabeceira deixa o conforto a desejar
