The property was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable and the facilities were very good. It was a 2 minute drive from the town centre and within walking distance of the local supermarket so was very convenient in terms of being able to get supplies. It was also within a decent walking distance of the nearest beach and was dog friendly as we had our small dog with us.
The only slight downside was some noise from the property above but this was made up for to some degree by the points listed above.

Great location for everything and great little apartment with some nice little extra welcoming touches and great to have extra tv channels like Netflix and Amazon prime etc also nice decor.
Pictures for outdoor area very deceptive as no logs to sit on around fire pit and one side of bench broken and paving slabs uneven so couldn’t use outside area also very small garden and steep steps up to it,fridge door catches on wall so hard to shut,could do with a bath mat as bit slippery.
Upstairs neighbour were lovely but walking around upstairs was a bit annoying at times.

Convenient location, pleasant lounge/dining area and spacious master bedroom
Using the toaster set off the fire alarm (did not burn the toast!!). The kitchen was cramped and not helped by the fridge and freezer doors opening the wrong way. The second bedroom was functional but soulless in contrast with the master bedroom and neither of the 2 windows opened to the outside.

On first inspection looked reasonably clean.
It wasn’t particularly comfortable. Beds uncomfortable. Garden- couldn’t sit in garden as everything was broken. Stairs to the garden had no handrail. Tv didn’t work. Shower was scalding hot or cold couldn’t regulate. Tried to contact owner - still waiting. Left early
