The location is great - apartment well furnished and comfortable . Perfect for sharing with friends - with a spacious lounge / kitchen to relax or work from ‘home’.

A work desk in one of the rooms, a nice shower, lots of space, location near a hill for hiking, lots options on the TVs (Netflix, etc.), three Aircon units, comfortable chair and sofa, clean throughout, good balcony view
Location had its negatives as well, as the children in the neighboring units could be loud during the day, when playing, but it wasn't a problem at night. There was also the smell of burning trash the first night and on another night a car alarm sounded throughout the whole night. Unclear where the source was for either of those two nuisances (probably outside of the apartment complex, in neighboring areas)

Close to Game city
It can be noisy and the small couch needs replacement. It feels broken. Better seating will be helpful.
