Agency was helpful with keys and clear instructions for collection from office (3 minute walk from apartment). Balcony has incredible views and sun in the morning. Apartment is spacious. There is a comfortable sofa and lots of storage. Well equipped kitchen. Handy that it is built over the supermarket so you don't even need to go outside to get supplies. It is very handy having a garage space to park but note the vehicle cannot be more than 2 metres high. There is alternative parking c5CHF per day less than 5 minute walk away. Very convenient for central Verbier and a great base for the area. To note: the washing machines are on Level -3 (these were not the instructions provided when asked - ended up asking a local resident). You need to go down in the lift and the machines require 3CHF per load in cash.

We took our own bedding because the linen fee is ridiculous. The bed is very soft and the apartment got very warm at night. There is noisy building work going on next door (September 2022) that starts early in the morning and goes on all day. The lift up to the apartment, which is on level 7, is very tiny so if you have any larger items to transport you may be taking the stairs! Without paying the linen fee, we also needed to take our own tea towels and there is no hand soap. Limited toilet paper is provided but no kitchen roll. There is a small welcome pack with some cleaning product, kitchen clothes and washing up liquid.

I liked everything about the appartment. There's a handy lift to our appartment. Supermarket and pharmacy in the same building. Free bus to ski lifts in a few steps away. Nice view.

No complaints at all.

Friendly and helpful agency, who looked after belongings before and after check in times so we could go ski! Really good location and a lovely balcony.
