Loved the whole house. Will be keeping an eye on for future stays. We had a bear family make a visit to the front door! A mama and 3 babies.
This was a mistake on our part, didn’t notice the warning of the lock on the front door knob. It blended it with other instructions and in my chaos of packing and getting ready for the long drive I missed it.

Beautiful cabin in excellent location in the Smokey Mountains.
Nothing! Gatlinburg is very gimmicky, but the cabin and the National Park are exceptional!

The property over all was nice.
The AC was broken and it was 90 plus degrees for the first 2 days. Customer service was subpar at best. Had to call 3 different numbers to get help.
